Dramatic Play for the Young Child
Young children are the masters of dramatic play – it’s how they learn and explore the magic and mystery of their worlds. Utilizing the power of play throughout an average school day can make learning fun, engaging, and exciting for students and teachers. This training supports teachers to infuse drama into their daily curriculum. We explore concepts of circle time, clean up, free play, project time, transitions and conflict management scenarios. The techniques taught in this course are meant to support relaxation, problem solving, relationship building and a positive disposition around learning in classrooms.
