• Explore the coach-coachee dynamic through a simulation activity
• Dissect the complexities of being a coach
• Learn strategies to tailor your coaching style to each employee’s learning style
• Develop a model of fading facilitation, moving from vigilant support to hands-off guidance
• Create a matrix of skill level and expectation to use as a consistent coaching and performance improvement system for all staff
• Institute a coaching process for regular check-in meetings with staff members
