Jennifer Fornal, Director for Special ProjectsIn September of 2003, Bill began as the PasadenaLEARNs Site Coordinator for Blair International Baccalaureate Magnet School, which has a 7th – 12th grade student body. This brand new afterschool program, BlairLEARNs, was an ASES funded program for middle school students. Blair received one of the first “pilot” grants late in the 2004/2005 school year, and started the first full year of programming in the 2005/2006 school year. Through independent evaluations, the program was quickly recognized as one of the top High School “afterschool” programs.
