Laura Karosic
Program Coordinator

Laura Karosic brings five years of experience working in the field of youth development and joins Temescal Associates as a Project Coordinator. Before joining Temescal Associates, Laura's experience in non-profit after-school programs included working directly with youth as well as managing program operations.

Laura developed an interest in youth development as a volunteer for Even Start Family Literacy Program and continued her work as a Volunteers and Programs Coordinator for a non-profit youth development organization in Oakland. Laura currently volunteers as a mentor and literacy specialist to the after-school program Camp Fire USA Kids With Dreams. She has a degree in Psychology and is working toward her Master's in Library and Information Science.
